Now, you pay 25% down payment and then you made no payments until completion of the project, which will take place in 2018. This is not the whole story! After you received your keys, Abelia provides you with rental guarantee for two years, total of 15% (7.5% per year) of your property price calculated as of 2018! Undoubtfully, the price of a newly finished house is much higher than the price of unfinished project. Therefore, Abelia Residence’s prices are expected to increase buy 20% by the time of completion!

What does it mean? You buy apartment right now and pay only one fourth of the price. Then you don’t pay anything until you receive the keys from the finished property in 2018. And then you start paying your mortgage, which is less than your rental guarantee. You are earning on your apartments as soon, as it is finished!
